HAS Recommendations

In collaboration with the French Health Authority, the FHU SEPSIS handles the secretarial duties of the working group in charge of drafting recommendations on sepsis that will be HAS certified. These recommendations will focus on the care management of newborns, children and adults with sepsis (before, during and after the acute phase).

The working group includes representatives from several learned societies:

France Sepsis Association, a patient association, is also a part of the working group.

Started in 2021, regular meetings between the members of the working group have been organized. The members have written a guidance note, which has been validated by the HAS. The bibliographic review is in progress. The objective is to submit these recommendations to the HAS commission at the beginning of 2023.
