Road Map
To this day, no diagnosis test has been validated to recognize early sepsis, or to guide sepsis management. The FHU SEPSIS aims at developing novel point-of-care tests in order to promptly identify signs of sepsis and enable targeted and personalized interventions.
We will undertake multi-omic (blood, urine, breath) and systemic (hemodynamic, renal, metabolic, immune, anti-infectious) approaches in patients included in existing and novel cohorts (children/adults). The collected data will be hosted in clinical and biological data warehouse, and analyzed by AI systems in order to extract patient signatures. Our overall aim is to individualize treatments according to patients’ signature.
Ten Work Packages (WP) were created:
Cohorts and clinical trial platforms | WP2 Integrated data warehouse |
WP3 Multi-omics platform |
WP4 Individualized hemodynamic management |
WP5 Individualized renal and metabolic management |
WP6 Individualized immune management |
WP7 Individualized anti-infectious therapies |
WP8 Artificial Intelligence |
WP9 POC platform |
WP10 Epidemiological platform |
